Complete Yoga.

Our 90-minute traditional Thai Massage is a revitalizing journey for the body. This therapy uses rhythmic pressure, deep muscle relaxation, and fascia release to melt tension. Guided stretching and joint exercises work together to improve your flexibility and restore mobility. It is a holistic approach designed to balance your internal systems, leaving you feeling flexible, aligned, and restored.
Grounding at the Feet: We begin at the feet and lower legs, working upward with compressions along the Sen lines. Starting low settles the nervous system before the bigger joints are asked to move.
Hips and Legs: The extra half hour over the 60-minute session goes mostly here — intensive passive stretching through the hamstrings, hip flexors and glutes, each position held long enough for the muscle to let go rather than simply be pulled.
Spine and Chest: A dedicated sequence of spinal twists and chest openers, which is the part a 60-minute session has to skip. It is also the part a day spent curled toward a screen closes down.
Head and Neck Release: The traditional Thai finish across the scalp, jaw and neck. Most people notice this one for the rest of the evening.
Athletes and Yogis: A structural tune-up between training blocks, and a reliable way to find out which side is actually tighter.
The Full Range: Ninety minutes is the shortest Thai session that reaches the whole body, feet to scalp, without hurrying any part of it.
Yoga Without the Effort: You lie there and I move you. All the opening of a long class, none of the holding.
