The Targeted Deep Reset.

Our customized massage treatment is designed to alleviate chronic tension and pain in specific areas, employing deep therapeutic pressure and soothing rhythmic strokes to guide you into a state of profound relief — ideal for those seeking respite from stress or fatigue.
Warming the Surface: Broad, slow pressure over the whole area first. Working deep into a cold muscle is how people leave sore, so nothing sharp happens in the first ten minutes.
The Cream, and Why: I switch to a specialized Deep Tissue Massage Cream, which grips rather than glides. That grip is what lets me stay on one knot and work it instead of sliding past it.
Cross-Fibre Work: Slow, deliberate strokes across the grain of the muscle fibers, with concentrated friction on the spots you point out at the start. You will feel it, and you should still be able to breathe through it — if you cannot, say so and I ease off.
Flush and Finish: Broad strokes to close, so the area is not left hot and guarding.
One Specific Complaint: A stiff neck, a locked shoulder, a lower back that has been complaining for weeks. If you can point at it, an hour is enough.
Desk and Screen Tension: The upper back and the band across the shoulders take most of the load from a laptop day, and they are the easiest area to change in sixty minutes.
Maintenance Between Longer Sessions: Keeping a spot honest in the weeks after a full 90-minute treatment.
Our 60-minute therapeutic deep tissue massage features concentrated attention on specific areas of tension. For a comprehensive full-body experience, we recommend booking a 90-minute or longer session.
