The Total Body Reconstruction.

Our signature length. This session provides the time needed for a full-body structural overhaul, ensuring no muscle group is left untreated.
Spinal Decompression: Using the overhead bars I apply long, continuous barefoot pressure down either side of the spine. Ninety minutes is enough to do that twice, which is what makes the change hold past the same evening.
Passive Thai Mobilization: A full sequence of assisted yoga stretches through the hips, hamstrings, spine and shoulders — the part the 60-minute version can only sample.
Full-Body Swedish: The session closes with a complete oil massage, arms and legs included, rather than a quick flush of the one area we worked.
Our Signature Length: The most-booked of the three, because ninety minutes is where every muscle group gets covered and nothing has to be rushed.
Muscle Armor: Bodies that feel short and braced all over rather than sore in one identifiable spot.
Standing Differently: The usual report afterwards is a change in how you stand, not only in how you feel.
The Whole Body, Properly: Sixty minutes has to pick an area and stay there. Ninety does not, and that is the one reason most people move up to this length and then keep booking it.
