The Essential Mobility Flow.

Sixty minutes of Swedish massage and assisted stretching, built for the body that sits too long and moves too little. Rhythmic strokes settle the nervous system first, then we open the joints that your day keeps closing. A short session that leaves you moving freely again.
Settle First: Rhythmic Swedish strokes with warm oil over the back and legs. Stretching a cold, guarding muscle achieves very little, so the first part of the hour is massage.
Assisted Stretching: Then the joints your day keeps closing — hips, hamstrings, chest and shoulders. I hold you in each position, so you can breathe into it instead of bracing against it.
Re-integrate: Short Swedish passes between stretches, so the muscle is left long rather than startled.
The Sitting Body: Hip flexors short, glutes asleep, chest closed. That is a chair, not an injury, and stretching is what answers it.
Between Deeper Treatments: Good maintenance in the weeks between 90- or 120-minute sessions.
If You Never Stretch: Most people know they should and do not. This is an hour of it done for you, and held longer than you would hold it yourself.
